My Xfinity account is already linked to Peacock, but I have no access to sign on. I tried to un-link, so I could re-link, but just get and error. Help?

Greetings, @Ching9! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Peacock subscription, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Can you tell me a little more about what happened? Were you able to log in and access Peacock without any issues until just recently? Did you make any changes to your service or equipment, or did it just stop working? Are you getting any sort of login error, or is it just asking you to pay for service that was previously included?

On my ixfinity statement I've been paying for Peacock and all worked very smoothly when I went to watch my seelection of Law and Order. Suddenly this weekend I couldn't do it. I kept getting the run around about signed up for it or not. Everything prior had worked very smoothly. Can you get me turned on again? I've paid for it! [Edited: "Personal Information"]
