Access to Peacocktv.com

My Xfinity account is already linked to Peacock, but I have no access to sign on. I tried to un-link, so I could re-link, but just get and error. Help?

Greetings, @Ching9! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Peacock subscription, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about what happened? Were you able to log in and access Peacock without any issues until just recently? Did you make any changes to your service or equipment, or did it just stop working? Are you getting any sort of login error, or is it just asking you to pay for service that was previously included?

I haven't tried watching Peacock in a long time. Just wanted to yesterday. I haven't changed anything recently. It says I need to link my Xfinity account to Peacock to get access, but it looks like it's already linked.  it's just asking me to sign up and pay for service.  On Xfinity, there was a link to un-link Peacock, but that just get's and error.

I wanted to watch in a browser (Peacocktv.com), but I did try the Peacock App on my FireTV and had the same issu.

Hello @Ching9  for the help that you need, a ticket will need to be created. You were giving options to try to speed up the process. I understand why this could be frustrating, but there are certain steps we need to take to have your issue corrected.
