Access Denied - payments.xfinity.com/methods

When I go to change my payment method I'm getting an Access Denied error message from the Xfinity site -

Error Message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://payments.xfinity.com/methods" on this server.

@h0wkeye. Thanks for letting us know about your site issue. Please send a direct message with your name, address, and Xfinity ID and we can look into this with you.

Make sure you are signed in to forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon.

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

@user_tj192m

You need to wait until an official employee asks you to send a direct message.  Otherwise you're in violation of our Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

hey @user_tj192m I apologize for the payment troubles. I am here and will investigate.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it

 See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9r for an example.

I no longer work for Comcast.
