I too have been experiencing the same issue as many others accessing Membership Benefits from multiple browsers, multiple devices and the Xfinity app and getting the following error:
"A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."
I've also tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions such as clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling the app without success.

Same here - I mean, if it's multiple people having the same error and have tried same tier 1 troubleshooting steps, it's usually not the user... usually something on the development end.

I'll add in that I am also having the same issue, and just to make sure:
1) I am getting the error 'A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').'
2) This is on the https://customer.xfinity.com/membership page
3) I am the primary user, and the only user on the account
4) I have cleared my cache
5) I have tried incognito browsers
6) I have tried multiple browsers
7) I have tried this on my phone and home pc
8) I have tried this in the Xfinity App
9) This has not worked for the past week and looks like there is a bug in the code for the page. The fact that this keeps being reported and yet no fix has happened for a week is just sort of wild to see.

The error is still happening right now 10/21/2026 in my Xfinity app and Mobile browser. I uninstalled the app, cleared my cache and reinstalled the Xfinity app, still the same error message. Please fix as tomorrow Thursday is the reward redemption day. I don't want to miss it.

I am having this issue as well. It started with trying to redeem benefits last week and is still occuring. I have cleared cache and cookies, tried in the app and browser (also in incognito mode) as well as trying on my phone and laptop. As said before this appears to be an Xfinity issue.

New rewards are coming today and this still isn't fixed. How are you going to compensate us?
Fiber was installed on our street last year. I'm looking into switching now. This situation isn't helping to keep me as a customer.

Same issue with me as well. Rendering error just for Membership Benefits. Tried everything that was mentioned on this forum. Pretty ridiculous for a company as large as Xfinity to have a page rendering issue for over a week with no acknowledgement or updates.

The Membership page (customer.xfinity.com/membership) crashes with “A rendering error occurred.” In the page data, the RewardsTemplate component’s
templatefield is null, and main-60c20dcf.js readstemplate.fields.Value.value, so it throws “Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘fields’).”The crash IS caused by this line:
The top-level
RewardsTemplatecomponent has:So Xfinity’s content system is sending the Membership page without its required
templatesetting, and your code readstemplate.fields.Value.valuewith no null check. The whole page fails before account data, cookies or URL are even used. This means:

I just uninstalled the xfinity app and installed it again today 10-22-2026 and it's still not working a week later. When I click on any member benefit it's still giving a white screen with only the text that says "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')".
The same thing happens when I login to Xfinity on any browser on different computers. Something is broken with the benefits section. Are you able to create a ticket and report to the engineer team or I.T.? There is a bug in the benefits section that doesn't allow them to load for many users. I'm afraid I will miss out on benefits again this week again as some are able to claim the rewards but many people can't due to the system glitch :(

I am having the same issue for over a week now too: A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields'). Tried it on multiple devices, clear caches, etc.

I am also having this issue. I have tried several times on both my desktop and cell to view member benefits with no luck. Tried incognito mode with no luck.
