I cannot access the MyAccount page… all I get is an error message and i have tried on my phone, the mobile app, and 3 different computers

Hi,

I tried signing up for my account and was emailed a link to connect my accounts together, and I have been unable to move forward with purchasing internet service. When I go to MyAccount, the page loads with an error message saying, “Hmm, the page didn’t load correctly. Try refreshing the page, if the problem persists, try again later.”

I have tried logging in on multiple browsers on different devices and the problem occurs across the board.
