Home Security no longer viewable

Xfinity Home Security is no longer viewable/adjustable on my desktop Windows PC.  I'm 75.  Not everyone has a smartphone you know. And not everyone can see the programs on Android as well. You have removed accessibility for some of your customers. Do you even know how many PC-only users you have? This makes the system MUCH less useful to snowbirds and those who vacation who prefer the larger picture.  When we get home next month, we will be switching to a different home security program that respects customers and is available for use on a Windows PC.  I have stronger words, but I'm way too polite!

Posted about this several months ago.  I don't have my phone with me all the time and really hate that they removed this feature, but it isn't the first feature that they have removed and unfortunately it probably won't be the last.  Seems like anything really useful is removed and nothing is added back. Don't know who is in charge with customer satisfaction, but they should be fired!!

We certainly apologize for the experience of everything now being managed within the Xfinity Home mobile app. We are always evaluating and expand our features and functions and will provide this feedback to the proper channels for future enhancements. In the meantime, if you have a smartphone and a smart TV, you may have the ability to cast your smartphone to the TV screen for better viewing.
