Ghost automation Rule

I create a rule to arm my system daily while I was away at 8 am. I came back, disabled the rule and it still armed. I deleted the rule and it still arms.. Now when I walk out to the hallways the motion sensors picks me up.. How can I disable to remove this automation?

I was able to reach support through the XFinity App

They indicated that there was a subscriber portal that end-users could have gone to manage the rules for their account. They have disabled this portal however, the rules created still existed on this portal and since access was removed for the users, the automation rules are still there even though it is not showing in your Xfinity mobile app.

The agent on the line did not even have access to update that portal and it needs to be done by a back-end engineer

They will call in 24 hours to resolve the issue.

So to rectify "Ghost Automation Rules" you have to connect with Xfinity agent.

Note this will say initially that we dont see the rule on your account, but make sure to let them know to check the activity on the system to see the automation rule is running to arm/disarm at the specific time. This will prompt them to check the subscriber portal (See attached transcript of the discussion) NOTE is small as I had to grab a screenshot of it.
