Xfinity Trade-in not marked as shipped, but USPS says it's already been delivered.

I received a new phone from Xfinity by mail, and used the provided return label to send in my old phone for trade-in. The trade in has been marked as delivered for a week now, but according to my account it hasn't even been shipped. Xfinity says I only have 5 more days to send it in to be credited. How long will it be until I get my credit?
