Xfinity not letting me port my phone out

This company is the worst and customer service they have none. They are refusing to give my sons pin to transfer service for a bill I would have paid but now no I am tired of getting the run around wasting my gas a day of time for [Edited: "Inflammatory"] to say they are blocking it for a bill which is illegal. [Edited: "Solicitation"] making up there own rules causing stress to people for no reason. They have put in my chat they are blocking me for a past due bill I have the transcripts I need a lawyer its bad enough they flat out don't follow rules they also like playing games with people who were customer's. The games that they are playing I transfered my number but my son who's phone never came from them was a port in they are blocking. I need some answers now and this needs to stop. Xfinity is the worst and don't practice good habits nor good customers service.

Did you request the pin online? Because there's no need to call them for it… you can do it right from your Xfinity account under his phone number and phone that's listed.

I did all of that wasn't able to get a pin what so ever the agent totally blocked my son's phone I went to a second location and the worker with the panic eye brows  followed the same illegal script said my phone is blocked because of a bill again which per the FCC they can't. So my complaint was answered xfinity  called me Tues and turned my son's phone on so I could get it transferred. But he also tried to transfer it and he couldn't claiming he didn't know why it was unusual and a higher up team had to help me. He wouldn't admit they blocked it but every other xfinity robot followed the same script and told me it was. I finally got his line off this service and couldn't be more happier.  This company [Edited: Language] big time if it's not prices tripling on you now they controllingloo you phone service when they legally can't,  customer service is the worst it's no reason they are in business seriously the way they handle their customer's is a shame. We  work hard sometimes for our money spending it with company's such as this is not what we working hard for I know I'm not. I'm paying the bill too it was never not going to but they way they just played with me and wasted my time and gas knowing what they were doing it won't be right away my son's phone wasn't transferred right away and I don't appreciate the game's.
