Xfinity Mobile

Paid for services that never was used...$155.86

Wanted to leave TMOBLE...ordered bundle through Xfinity, couldn't load the Sims cards due to TMOBLE wouldn't unlock phones,went to Xfinity office and TMOBLE 3 times finally got TMOBLE manager at that office and 2 other employees from Xfinity  on the phone stayed on phone for 5 hours trying to get resolution,told Xfinity that they wouldn't release my phone ended up owing TMOBLE 800 for one phone,xfinty wouldn't release the number back however the Sims card wouldn't work in phone due to it being locked...I end up paying for 2 lines that can't be used and xfintiy knew about it. VERY MIS LEADING AND I SHOULD CALL ATTORNEY GENERAL.
