Order canceled by system and promo is now over. Submitted new order before deadline and want to verify this order does not get canceled.

@user_fev92l Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear the order was canceled. Was there a reason  or error message you received as to why the first order did not go through? We have limited access to Xfinity Mobile on this platform and while will be able to confirm the order is on the account we may not see a potential cancel to the order.
