XFINITY mobile is the WORST

Don't buy into it. It's a [Edited: "Language"] headache. 6mnths the app doesn't work you know the one everyone tells you to use. Oh and still no voicemail. If you switch be prepared to not have voicemail at all. None of the phones on my account have it. 3seperate store visits and countless hours and the can't get it working. Customer service is hands down awful. It's nice to be about to walk into a Verizon store and they can help you. Comcast store say call the help desk. That's it. That's all. I can't get anyone's attention at Comcast so I'm posting here too.

I agree Xfinity mobile has to be the worst service I have ever experience 

I’m getting billed for a phone service I don’t even have and still haven’t been able to fix the problem I finally told my bank and now there working on the problem 

from 0 -10 0 being the least that’s what I would put I have been dealing with this sense April this year July now and still not fixed

I have a trouble ticket number  because of no data/dropped calls/etc.. for the past 3 months.  I can't get a call back to let me know when it will be fixed.. I figure it is because comcast has no idea about when problems on the network will be fixed since it isn't their towers.

I switched from ATT. Saved over $70 Month. But service is poor at best. I’m using T Mobile Network Pass which allows to try for 90 days to see if coverage is better and they will compare coverage between both. Savings is not worth it   Need reliable service

@pbruderer Oh no! That isn't what we like to hear at all.  Have you tried to contact our Xfinity Mobile team to troubleshoot the issues you're experiencing?

The worst service. When I had verizon I 5GUW constantly. I rely on data for work. I switched and I don’t get 5GUB and my 20gigs go fast. I’m trying to get them to unlock my phone but they keep denying it. I got a lawyer and i have filed a complaint with the FCC. I own this phone (100% paid off) and they’re holding me hostage to their AWFUL network. Not to mention the customer service is worthless as well.
