XFINITY mobile is the WORST

Don't buy into it. It's a [Edited: "Language"] headache. 6mnths the app doesn't work you know the one everyone tells you to use. Oh and still no voicemail. If you switch be prepared to not have voicemail at all. None of the phones on my account have it. 3seperate store visits and countless hours and the can't get it working. Customer service is hands down awful. It's nice to be about to walk into a Verizon store and they can help you. Comcast store say call the help desk. That's it. That's all. I can't get anyone's attention at Comcast so I'm posting here too.
