xfinity mobile team - you have been such a let down.  Your team is the most incompetent group of people that I've ever had to deal with.  WOW!

If you guys are so willing to help (at this point), it would be more beneficial to work on the front end, to prevent all of the negativity floating around in this forum.  That just seems like the logical approach.  Call me if you're willing to help....I'm not gonna type all of the issues that I've experienced since joining xfinity mobile.  And the customer service team is ABSOLUTELY clueless.  I'm in th porcess of cancelling mobile, TV and internet.  Please call if you "think" you can help.
