I bought a new Garbage Samsung Galaxy Fold z 7 and was locked and their xfinity IT Techs couldn't unlock it. So, far I have spent 18hrs trying to get a replacement phone from them and all I get are Lies from them telling its on the way and never gets to me. I'm still currently trying to resolve this issue. I already spoke to 3 supervisors and they Lie to me also. I have also tried reaching out to HQ in Pennsylvania via Phone call and Email and there's no way to do so every number I call take me to customer which is NO HELP. I really regret staying with Xfinity. They NEED to bring back these jobs back to America where they can be understood is one more thing. It hard to understand them.

I am having the exact same issue. They have put me through 5 days of [Edited: Language], I have spent no fewer than 20 hours on the phone [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I still have no data service and I want to go back to my old carrier. According to them, I have to wait 60 days before I can do that, because they will not unlock my phone

This is literally the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVR EVET HAD, and that is saying a lot. I have been on the phone with Xfinity for over 13 hours trying to get my phone activated. You get one incompetent person after another. Every single time you call, it’s a minimum of 2-3 hours on the phone. No one speaks English. And they give conflicting reasons. Now the new reason my phone hasn’t worked in over 4 days is because they assigned the wrong number to the emei. They don’t follow up, they don’t follow through and that is why they give FREE services. They should pay you to be a customer!!!!! ABSOLUTE UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY SINGLE WAY. Not one person has followed through and they are absolute idiots
