xfinity mobile billing

I have never, ever had so much frustration over paying my mobile bill. I've had Xfinity cable since 1999, and mobile for six months. I also have a disabled son, who moved into his own  apartment and I manage his cable.

There was a problem with one of my son's NOW boxes, which led me to the store, who got me a replacement and suggested the mobile with the attractive rate. I thought when it was set up it would be under my name, and all one bill for me. However, they set it up under my son's name, and in the setup, didn't use a email address that existed. Hence, I didn't get the first bill and only knew after the service was suspended. After much frustration at the store because frankly I thought it was a scam, my husband said for me to search for just xfinity mobile. That's when I found it.

Please understand my reluctance to set it up for automatic payments. We've had some bad experiences with that, where you think you cancelled it and it continues to bill and bill. I had hoped to log in and pay. That became impractical. I wanted to set it up with paper billing. I can't. I'm out of email addresses to have this put under - I personally don't understand why  cant have all my bills go to a single email address but I'm sure there is a reason. I thought I sent it up with automatic payments finally with the bank - apparently I didn't. Now I have it on a card. Yet I keep getting past due bills. I wish there was a way to fix this. Send me a paper bill. I have a excellent credit rating, but I want to get rid of this simply because I'm in danger of ruining it. If you can help, great. Otherwise I'm looking for another provider for no other reason than the billing. Sorry I'm late in doing this - getting to this chat is not easy for me.

When I first got the service, I didn't realize they put it under my son's account instead of mine. I manage my son's account because he is disabled. Fine. No bill, no email, nothing. Just suddenly the phone is unresponsible. After that I really thought I set this up for automatic payments. Apparently not. Even though I even went out of my way to check to see if it was paid. The balance showed $0, yet when I went to print out the bill, it showed I was overdue by $40. Went to pay that over the phone. It said it had to verify my number. I never got the txt. Tried twice. Went to pay over the phone, said it wouldn't use  my perfectly good credit card. On line chat went in circles with no success.  I ended up on the phone repeatedly saying agent and representative until I finally got someone. They needed me to do it by credit card, which I entered. They said it wasn't automatic payments. You would think with one web site you could pay a cable and mobile bill. While it's a deal to pay $40 a month it isn't with this frustration.
