Xfinity Mobil

Hello,

I changed service from Xfinity Mobil to Cricket and am still being charged a monthly fee.  I can't access a human at xfinity mobil because I have no phone number or account any longer.  How can I get this fixed?  I have spent the last hour in a loop.  It is completely nuts that I can't speak to a person easily.
