Xfinity Global Pass no data in India/Europe

I have called and added Global Pass before leaving the states. When I landed in India my data would not work. After hours and hours on the phone, being promised a call back, being hung up on I still have no data. Xfinity told me that there is nothing they can do for me since I am already in India. 

be very careful before thinking you will save money using Xfinity if you travel internationally. Literally in the last four days I have been on the phone over 8 hours trying to have their agents trouble shoot the problem. One of the agents told me to reset my network settings and once I did that then I could no longer make any calls. It was after 4-5 hours more on the phone that they finally had that service turned back on. 

Now I am currently on hold with a, supposedly, advanced person and they are stating on the recording I have at least a 100 minute wait. 

Once you leave the states there is nothing that can be done. 

Think hard about international travel using Xfinity International. Have ALL of you plane, train,hotel reservation confirmations printed out. Do NOT RELY on being able to pull them up on your phone without data service. 

If there is an Xfinity agent that can tell me how or who to call to fix it please let me know. I am on day 5 of an 18 day trip.

I have called that line dozens of times and spent over 12 hours on the phone.  Also I have been hung up on multiple times. Xfinity international is a joke. I ended up buying an I Dian SIM card for around $6 and get one gig per day. An additional 50 gig per month is only like $8. no more wasting time on my vacation with xfinity mobile.
