Xfinity customer service

I just wrote a whole page on what happened and the page erased it the minute I said I was reporting you tou the attorney general for misappropriation of funds. 32 customer service reps, lol, 9 hours on hold all together, 3 "supervisors" and not 1 could un pause my cell service that was paused 30 days after I purchased the phone, paid all fees including activation fee for a promo that guaranteed one year free unlimited service only to be shut off after 30 days because I owe a 25.00 activation fee.  My phone was activated on July 1st 2025 so if I didn't pay activation fee how come my service has been on for almost 2 months?!!!! Not one rep out of 32 could unpause my service after telling me I owed nothing and how sorryyyyyyy they were that this happened yet here I an, August 13th, no cell phone service since the 1st. Deplorable thieves, worst company ever. Shame, shame, shame
