Worst customer support refuses to fix their own mistake
Online chat agent offered me a promotional deal for an item, i didnt ask for and the deal didnt apply to the item he offered. Once i ordered it and was stuck paying for it ive spent the following 6 months with 30+ chat agents and 10+ calls, one i was transferred in 7 times. Being told by half the agents im not eligible and by the other half that i am. Do not get xfinity, i will be canceling my service with them
