Where to send my payment by mail

Hi,

I closed my account and have a final bill. I wish to send payment by mail, but the payment address is not listed on my bill or anywhere online in my account. I see this question has come up a lot in the forums, but there is no clear answer. Got hung up on by the Billing department, and can't get through to the Mobile team since my account is closed, and apparently, the office is closed (even though it's 24/7 seven days a week?). Please advise.

Great question @OuttaHere26 To pay your final bill with Xfinity you would use self-service options, https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay or by contacting customer support. For mobile, you should be able to use the link: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/my-account/quickpay/start to quick pay.

@XfinityDena Quick Pay doesn't work if your account is closed. See below. I already spent hours on the phone with billing. I don't want to give my credit card on the phone, so where can I mail a check? Aren't customers allowed to pay by check anymore? Please advise.

OuttaHere26 Got it! Thats totally understandable. If you prefer tomail a check, you can send it to the return address listed on your bill. It can take up to ten days to be processed once received!

There is an address listed on the bill, and it specifically says "Please do not mail equipment, devices, or payments to this address. What gives? Time to file a complaint with the CPUC? Not best answer.

Some of our services, like NOW products and Xfinity Mobile, do not offer an option to mail in payments. The Xfinity Mobile payment can be made using one of the options we outlined above.
