Voice mail notification

I have 2 new iPhone SE.

When someone leaves me a voice mail I get a text message from [Edited: "Personal Information"] (message contents has  a lot of letters and number and = signs) but the voice mail icon is not highlighted in the phone app.

When I check voice mail there is a message.

Problem with both new phones.

Any advice.   Thanks Paul

Went to local Xfinity store and they were unable to solve the problem on either phone.

They tried to get Visual Voicemail and related icon to work (change password, network reset, Hot start, etc).  Paul

Still have voice mail problem.  

Called Xfinity support and they said they fixed the problem, but when I tried leaving a voice mail it still sent me a text.  No Visual Voicemail.

Local Xfinity store gave me a support number.

Any advice
