understanding text message under billing

Under billing and unlimited text messaging why are calls showing multiple times, same number and just seconds apart?  Just want to understand.. Or is it counted when you reply back and forth? I know it's unlimited just trying to understand.

@XfinityAntoine    Can you please look into my account. There were never that many text messages during those times. Mine is a for sure as I hardly ever text. They all are like seconds apart. My granddaughter has 773 which is impossible. She is in class...... I think it should show one text for a specific time. Not the same text multiple times.  Just trying to figure out if it's an error in your system or how you document them.

I looked again at my text messages on the account and looks like it was fixed.

Must have been a glitch on your side at that time. Each text message is just showing as a single.

Not the same messages seconds apart multiple times...

My question was never answered. Figured someone finally figured there was a computer logging problem.
