unauthorized removal of xfinity mobile care protection during an upgrade, Also CRAMMING new phone line 1200 phone on to our bill.

I have been dealing with xfinity reps since January 19th. I wnt in on Dec, 11th for an upgrade. Then one month later i accidently drop my phone it happens. i have insurance though no big deal like all the other times ive needed to file a claim with assurant thats what i did only to find out my insurance was removed coincidentally the day of my upgrade. i went to store they could not prove how or who removed it. they refused to bacdate my insurance to the day of upgrade, instead he got charged 200 for taxes and activation for a loaner for 14 days, we are now paying for a third line and a third 1400 phone plus they agreed to waive february bill for all of our troubles. i still see all charges coming ouit for auto pay 300 for a cell phone service? horrendous. they are tello=ing my husband to send phone to samsung to see if they will send me new phone under the warranty. byt i dropped it. the screen went black and overheated hasnt turned on since. why are they tellling me to fraudently try to send in a samsung phone for a warranty replacment. meanwhile that 14 day window to return loaner is closing. they also made us pay for it.  this has been three weekends now wasted on phone calls and trips tto store. with no real answers or solutions. only more money they have gotte out of us. instead all i want is the truth. the proof. why was my insurance removed the day of my upgrade? i have to file a notice of dispute. file a complaint with the FCC for CRAMMING new services and fees onto our already high mobile bill. and file a complaint with the BBB. Xfinity has treated us with a lack of transparency and pushed us through hoops for 3 weeks and now are charging us even more money than when this began. They refuse to show me proof who cancelled my insurance and how it was done.
