Unauthorized Payments taken from Account

About a week ago, I spoke with a Manager/supervisor at Xfinity regarding leaving the company. The manager/supervisor agreed to place a hold on my account till October 18th. He mentioned that he was doing this as a way to retain my business because honestly I was ready to leave this Godforsaken company. I agreed. Today, September 29th my bank account is overdrawn -$90 due to unauthorized payment taken on September 29th. This is unfair and unethical practices, this has to be illegal. You all did not have my permission to take anything from my account! Nothing!

Hello @user_fcccb0 and thanks for your post. I would be reaching out if I was in your shoes and for sure apprecaite the feedback. Just want to make sure and let you know we are here to help you. When you spoke about a hold being put on your account were you talking about a Seasonal Hold? Reason I ask is we do not have any hold that is put on your account that would keep you from being charged.
