Unable to get a new phone

I have been an xfinity mobile customer since 2020. At that time I got a new cell phone and added it my internet I had with my roommates. I eventually moved out. Myself and the new guy moving in went to a xfinity store and we moved the internet to his name and I was told that my phone line we be separated and I would jus have to pay extra since it was connected to internet. That never happened and then 6 months of a nightmare occurred trying to get my account off of their stuff. I was finally able to move it to my mother in laws once we got married and kept it there for over a year. A year ago we moved and I got xfinity internet again. A month ago I decided it was time to go through the hell of moving the phone to my account since I needed a new phone. I have the 11 and it’s starting to have issues. Last week i went into the store and they couldn’t place the order and said they didn’t have the power to do anything else. Told me to give it a few days when my billing cycles ended and it would be fine. I gave it a week and went in today and the guy was no help again and told me I had to call customer service. Literally a person standing in front of me couldn’t happen so I had to call and be on the phone for hours. After 2 hours and 6 reps nothing was fixed. I was told that the info never got moved over. I was told due to this it shows I had zero credit. I was told that 100% isn’t right which duh I have over 750 on credit. I was told by one rep he would transfer me and the next person could fix and over and over and over. Nothing got fixed. I had one rep tell me he would call me tomorrow at 1 and it would be fine. I had one rep tell me it would take 30 days. I had another rep tell me it could take 3-6 months. I’m trying to give you all my money and just buy a new phone. My phone is paid off. The fact that someone can’t literally press a button and edit this is so beyond stupid. It’s information. How does it take days and months. I’ve read so many horror stories that I believe I’m just through. If xfinity doesn’t fix this where I can spend my money with them I’ll just go to someone that will. It’s that simple. The fact that I am speaking to front line, under trained reps, that aren’t even on shore, shows the lack of care. The fact that zero supervisors or higher tiers could help is sad. I wasted a weekend day on this and have already began the process to move to Verizon. Im just asking for a new phone. You have a cell phone service. To which I’ve been a customer of. Why do y’all make it so hard to buy cell phones? This site is littered in angry customers.

Ahhh now it is. I left and moved over to Verizon since one of your reps told me last week I could put $500 down and get the phone after being told for a month I have 0 credit and have ti buy in full. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. [Edited: "Solicitation"]. So, I left and went to Verizon and had a new one the same day. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. [Edited: "Language"]. Just use a normal mobile provider that may have as equally bad customer service, but you can at least go in and be helped. They also have blocked some posts I’ve tried to make here and when I type them out say sorry you need to log in and erases your whole message. [Edited: "Solicitation"]. Not worth the nightmare. As I type from my new iPhone 14 pro max that y’all literally wouldn’t take my money to get.
