Hey @JimDavePhil, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We do not provide a way to completely disable SMS features on a cellular device via Xfinity Mobile. We recommend performing an online search for your specific device for settings on how to disable some features such as iMessages, RCS, and more.
Alternatively, you can disable notifications for the specific messaging app to not have bubble pops, drop-down notifications, and more.
