trying to order Xfinity Mobile, free a year promo is not applying in the shopping cart

I have internet service with 5-year price guarantee, trying to order Xfinity Mobile under my account page, free a year promo is not applying in the shopping cart. (I tried and tested 2 weeks ago, and I did see the promo applied in the shopping cart, but now it is not there.) I have shopping cart screenshot if you need it.

@tonydong2010 Do you already have and Xfinity Mobile account? If not, have you had one in the past?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
