Transfer line and device Xfinity mobile to different Xfinity mobile account

I have been trying to do this for about 2 weeks now and I am extremely frustrated with Xfinity customer service.  I have spoken to countless Reps and spent hours on the phone with no solution.

I want to transfer my Ex’s phone and device to her existing (newly created)  Xfinity mobile account. She has a line already on her account and wants to keep her number and device. Why on earth is something so straightforward so hard to accomplish???

Hey @JRH1989, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. That's defintiely not the experience we want you to have. Have you tried the Xfinity mobile chat team here?

@XfinityNicolas Hey, thank you for responding. I had tried that numerous times, so many I lost count, with an equal amount of hours spent on this issue. Truly, with how stressful, frustrating, and most importantly time consuming Xfinity should be paying me by comping my Mobile bill for the month. The last time I checked with a rep, the count of phone calls I had made on this issue was 25. My Ex has made countless calls as well.

I however was able to accomplish the line transfer, only when I called the Comcast corporate office. Only then did I speak with someone who’s first language is English and understands American dialect.

I truly would greatly appreciate Xfinity giving me a credit for the balance of my upcoming bill. I’m my opinion it is the least Xfinity could do to make it right.

Wow, that is definitely a lot. When something doesn't go right it can sure take a lot to get fixed. Oh good, I'm glad they were able to help and who I was going to reach out to for you. Over social media and our forums, we are limited on what we can help with for Xfinity Mobile. The corporate office or support could help with the billing request though.
