Transcript available?

I called tech support on Tuesday, March 3rd to connect my new modem to the Comcast network.  The tech support person/salesperson started a spiel about upgrading my two iPhones.  A half hour+ later I was worn down and thought I understood the new billing for the new iPhones.  On Wednesday, March 4th I got emails about setting up my new phones with new numbers, I never agreed to new numbers.  The new phones arrived over the weekend.  On Tuesday, March 10 I took the new phones to the local retail store to help me transfer apps & data from my old phones to the new ones.  They were able to cancel the new phone numbers.   Today when I looked at the billing online, I was not happy, the new monthly bill was much more than what I was expecting.  I called customer service today and they adjusted the data charges that I never agreed to plus explained the new device payments which are more than I expected.

Can I get a transcript of my phone call from March 3rd?

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
