Terrible customer experience

Exorbitant $795 charge on my Xfinity Mobile bill because the Xfinity agent (Akash) gave me the wrong plan. I dealt with three agents a week later and no one would remove the terrible charge.

Spoke with XfinityJanelle and hoped and prayed she would try to help me with my bill. In the end, she only told me to call Xfinity Mobile billing, which I have already done, with no results.
