switched land line to mobile

switched line from land line to xfinity mobile...all went well but now fewer calls

@user_3bdf6b Hi there, thanks for the post. Glad the switch went well. Do you think the fewer calls means there is an issue going on?

@XfinityJodie​ I can call the number from a different phone and it rings and I can leave a voice mail so all seems OK. but is is a fact that the lack of calls coming in IS unprecedented.

I normally get at least 1 - 2 calls a day from real customers. for the last 2 weeks I have had NO real calls and maybe 1 spam call a day...

I have no idea what could cause this...

It does sound like it is working based on your observations. It could be slower with the holiday approaching, I would recommend keeping an eye on it. If you feel there is a bigger issue then let Xfinity Mobile know and they can look into it as well. They can be reached through these options:

thanks for the reply, Yes, it does seem to be working, it IS a mystery though, I have had the land line for 30 + years...and as I said, this is unprecedented, I still have yet to get a real customer phone call....

I will keep tabs on it and will call xfinity if it doesn't change...
