Still waiting for response from Xfinity Mobile to release my line to my new provider
Submitted a transfer request yesterday (July 7, [Edited: Personal Information]) and the new provider is still waiting for Xfinity to release the line. Phone number is unlocked. Transfer PIN is correct. Wondering what is the hold up?
