Still waiting for response from Xfinity Mobile to release my line to my new provider

Submitted a transfer request yesterday (July 7, PON 73324951) and the new provider is still waiting for Xfinity to release the line. Phone number is unlocked. Transfer PIN is correct. Wondering what is the hold up?
