speak to an actual person !

I cannot find a way to get through to anyone when I call the one 800 number or when I try to go through the chat line. I need to speak with someone in person regarding cell phone service.

I spoke to Renee of Xfinity last week . she was able to lower my bill to $119 after taxes and change my payment date to the middle of the month. I also got 1 phone line included for 12 months. My husband just passed and I'm trying to lower my bills. Today Xfinity took $150 out of my account. This was not supposed to happen til mid month. Why?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
