Something is wrong with Xfinity

Help. I ordered a phone that was never delivered and tracking shows FedEx never even picked it up from the shipper.

I contacted Xfinity mobile customer service SEVEN TIMES. Not one person comprehends the problem and the only one who could did absolutely nothing.

I now want to cancel the order but Xfinity said no. They said it has to be delivered when it hasn’t been delivered. 

This is sickening and alarming.
