Samsung A71 5G UW does not connect 5G

I have this phone with Verizon, then T mobile.  5G worked great.  Xfinity says it is compatable.  

It will not go 5G since porting over. I cannot find where to talk with a live technician at xfinity, and it is SLOW.

How do I talk to a person to get this resolved?  Frustrated....
