Rip Off

We signed up for xfinity tv package, we were told we are diamond members and get a FREE watch and FREE Ipad in a bundle. [Edited: “Profanity”], we were charged 300 to 400 for 2 watches and 2 ipads plus ya have to pay for a different line for each one. We were lied too. And now we can't return them. Switched to xfinity mobile from verizon, oh a free phone line for a year and $30.00 for the other. But now our monthly cell bill is $127.00 

Be Careful when dealing with comcast stores, demand what your total bill is going to be, not an approximate as they say it.
