Resolution center – Tina

Hello. I am trying to reach Tina in the resolution center. The number I have is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

The extension I have is [Edited: "Personal Information"].

After I enter the extension, it says we cannot understand the number you entered and asked me to enter it again.

This cycle Repeats itself over and over. How do I reach someone at the resolution center, so I may reach Tina?
