I had an horrible experience with trading my daughter’s phone for her birthday. FedEx lost the package and then xfinity created a ticket for investigation. The promo was almost over and I was told not to worry, they’ll over ride in order for me to complete my trade-in. Almost 2 months and still nothing! I called to follow up and now they’re telling me the promotion is over and it can’t be given to me! I waited so long for nothing, going back and forth to the xfinity location, and talking to representatives as well as supervisors. This is ridiculous, cause none of this was my fault! They just told me all lies!
