Refund I was told I would receive by 3 different agents

I was told by 3 agents a refund has been submitted I should receive it in 5-7 business days and has yet to be sent to me! I have all screenshots of all chat sessions. Who do I need to speak to to get my refund like I was told I would receive!!

Hey @user_419aar, Thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I definitely check to see what is going on with the refund. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message so I can?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

When I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro, three different agents told me I would get a $400.00 credit but now Comcast refuses to honor quotes.

Thanks for your comment, @btpiii. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Did we provide a reason for not being able to credit the amount? Was this a new line application? When did you make the order?
