PUK needed, Xfinity's don't work, told to call Apple

Question in subject. We tried 4 codes and I was told to call Apple. Apple tried and they can't do anything about it. I now have an iPhone 16 Pro Max that I've paid 5/ out of 4 months on stuck in SOS mode and unable to take calls.

Apple suggested this:

1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Your eSIM profile > Remove Cellular Plan. Then, re-add it using the QR code or activation details from Xfinity Mobile.
2. Check for carrier settings update – Go to Settings > General > About and wait for a prompt to install any carrier updates.
3. Reset network settings – Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This won’t erase your data but can fix connection issues.
4. Confirm your account is active – Make sure Xfinity Mobile hasn’t accidentally suspended or deactivated your line.
Since the previous PUK codes didn’t work, getting a new eSIM profile from Xfinity Mobile might be the fastest fix. Hopefully, they can sort it out quickly for you

Hopefully this is unrelated, but some days I see 10-20 calls placed int he Xfinity call logs, that are not in my phones call logs. And I woke up the other day and my phone said I had to wait 1 hour before I tried my PIN again. I Live alone, and I wrote it off as my phone just having a hiccup.

I have an eSIM. My number is no longer showing where it says "My Number". And I have no idea what I need to do to get it back up and running.

I Just noticed that I have a second IMEI listed as an available SIM. Any ideas?

Hi @jbjbjb1, I would love to get you pointed in the right direction on this. Did you purchase this device directly from apple? Would you also mind sharing what you intended goals is here as well? Are you just having trouble getting the device connected to a cellular network?
