Promotion would not allow me to use
I had originally received a promo code for $499 off the new iphone 15 and tried for days to use my promo code

the website would not allow me to make it to the next step. I went to the xfinity store and the people there said it was online only and they could not help me. I wasted time trying multiple days to upgrade my phone with this promotion. I was told to request an ECM ticket to extend the promotion now that the website is functional again.
