Porting issue
Is anyone else having issues porting their number over from Verizon? We switched to Xfinity Mobile on January 2nd. Three of my lines have been ported with no issues, but my fourth line still isn’t working. Spent 4.5 hours on the phone and spoke to 6 different reps online. They created two tickets and escalated one and still nothing. Went back to the store yesterday and they created another ticket (since the other two were closed despite the issues not being fixed) but it’s still not resolved. How long has everyone else had to wait?
