Porting 2 numbers from xfinity to xfinity mobile. 1 got stuck.

Hello, I got a promotion offer in which I need to port 2 phone numbers from xfinity landlines to xfinity mobile. When I received the cellphones on 2/24/23, I activated both phones the same day. However, only 1 number went through while the other got stuck even after multiple calls and chats with both xfinity portout department and xfinity mobile. I went to a store and was told to wait for 10 days, which is 3/6/23. It does not make sense to me that 1 number was ported almost immediately while the other has to wait for 10 days and all of these are within the xfinity organization. I hope that someone from this forum could help my situation as I am so tired of what I've been through. Thank you in advance.

Hello! For concerns like this, we'd direct you to reach out to Xfinity Mobile directly. We can't access Xfinity Mobile accounts on this platform. You can reach them by phone, or by visiting an Xfinity service center.

I had the exact same problem - they like to use the 10 day as their default excuse. I was lucky because I contacted my previous provider who released the number and the transfer went through.
