Port Number from T-moble

​​I am trying to port my number from T-mobile, but the app won't let me. It says my pin is incorrect when I know the pin is correct, and I have verified it multiple times with T-mobile. How do I get this fixed? Is this actually worth the hassle of the port, or should I just stick with T-mobile?​​

​* I tried resetting my pin at T-Mobile, but Xfinity still can't seem to port the number.​

** Resolution: T-Mobile has an account pin. That is not the pin that is needed. You have to request a transfer pin.
