I was talking to you one of your colleagues. My name is { Edit personal information }  but I was trying to switch my number to Xfinity. I just gave her everything every detail but where we were talking in the middle of any on somewhere I don't know get disconnected so I could not even have my number. It's not working so can you please help me

Hello good evening, how are you? This is { edit personal information }. I was speaking one of your colleagues this this evening like an hour ago so I was switching my number to from T-Mobile to Xfinity but I did everything. I gave her all the PIN code and everything but in the middle of our discussion the phone is connected so I don't have any line now to call anywhere. It's been like 1 and 1/2 hours. Please help me with this
