Hello good evening, how are you? This is Yusuf Gabriel Michael. I was speaking one of your colleagues this this evening like an hour ago so I was switching my number to from T-Mobile to Xfinity but I did everything. I gave her all the PIN code and everything but in the middle of our discussion the phone is connected so I don't have any line now to call anywhere. It's been like 1 and 1/2 hours. Please help me with this

Hello anyone's there, this is the second time now. Can you please help me with this one cuz I don't have any connection now I'm out of the line. I did give her everything but she I don't know what she did but I don't have any any anything now to call. I don't have a line. It's already disconnected cuz I already switched from T-Mobile to you guys but I still am out. It's been like 1 hour and a half now. Please help me
