Phone line add and transfer

Hello, 

I have been trying to transfer my mother’s number and phone line to my account. I’ve tried multiple times on your app, to no avail. Her previous coverage with Xfinity was cancelled today and she desperately needs her phone in. She is traveling across country and is in her 70s.
