Phone insurance

I have had serious problems with Xfinity customer service lately.  The latest is I had to have high level customer service rep order my phone for me.  I specifically asked for insurance to be added.  I looked on my bill today (because something else looks funny too but I digress) and sure enough the insurance charge is not on there and since I was billed for a month of insurance FOR MY OLD PHONE THAT  I NO LONGER  HAVE I thought that was for my new phone.  Of course, it has been over 30 days.

This has been one of the worst business dealings I  have ever had.
